Summary

As a Lead Program Manager for Enterprise Knowledge Management (KM), you will lead initiatives that strengthen KM practices, align them with business strategy, and develop opportunities and technologies to capture, retain, and apply critical knowledge. You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and address gaps in knowledge flow, using AI to enhance customer interactions and to support the creation and governance of taxonomies and controlled vocabularies.

The role requires strong program management skills, proficiency with AI, and experience managing enterprise knowledge repositories, intranets, collaboration tools, and taxonomy.
