Lead, Operations Assurance Analyst

As a Business Assurance Manager, you will monitor the performance of assigned Business Assurance Management (BAM) processes to prevent and detect control weaknesses that could result in financial loss, regulatory issues, or reputational risk. You will analyze trends through key risk indicators, validate transactions, and ensure processes are working effectively. You will also support the implementation of new products, services, and systems to manage potential risks and provide assurance on operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operating and support units’ performance of assigned BAM processes.
• Create and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to identify early warning signals or risks.
• Validate/test transactions to ensure integrity of reports used for recording and decision‑making, compliance with established policies and procedures, and that critical BAM processes are functioning effectively.
