Position Overview

Joyce Factory Direct is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter / Lead Installer (W2) to support residential sunroom installations for homeowners who have already purchased Joyce products. This is a hands on, field-based role focused on installation quality, craftsmanship, problem solving, and jobsite leadership.

We are looking for dependable, skilled individuals with experience in carpentry, construction, remodeling, or installation work who take pride in producing high quality results and maintaining professional job sites. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or alongside a helper while taking ownership of day-to-day installation execution.
