Lead HRMS Architect - Java, Flutter & Microservices

QIC UAE is seeking a highly skilled Lead to manage the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) development and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Flutter, and Microservices Architecture, along with extensive experience in HRMS systems.

This role includes overseeing the architecture, design, and development of HRMS solutions while managing end-to-end delivery of features like payroll and recruitment. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields is required.
