Responsibilities
- Serve as Lead ECO for Collins Philippines; manage a transparent, collaborative, and proactive Global Ethics & Compliance program championing ethics, compliance, and a speak‑up culture.
- Support the six pillars of the Collins GEC program: Risk assessment and monitoring; Ethics & Compliance reviews; Local Ethics and Compliance Officer (LECO) Network; Training; Communications; and Operations.
- Serve as a trusted partner to business leadership (Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and other functional partners) to promote the highest standards of ethical and compliant business conduct.
