About The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a highly regarded NZ‑owned technology consultancy to find a senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant to join their Auckland‑based team. This client‑facing role involves leading the design and delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions across complex enterprise environments. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to unpack business challenges, run discovery workshops, translate requirements into scalable, well‑structured solutions, own the functional vision, guide cross‑functional teams, and remain engaged post‑implementation to ensure ongoing optimisation and value for customers. You’ll also contribute to mentoring consultants and shaping innovative solutions, including emerging AI and Copilot use cases.
