Key Responsibilities
1. Data Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement data strategy and roadmap
- Align data initiatives with business objectives
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Lead and mentor data engineers, analysts, and QA team
2. Data Engineering & Architecture
- Design and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
