Lead, Data Annotator

The position is responsible for leading the execution, quality assurance, and consistency of data annotation work across a team of Data Annotators. It ensures that annotated datasets meet high standards of accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines to support machine learning model training and robotics system improvement. The role serves as a key quality control and escalation point, supports team coaching and capability development, and collaborates closely with operations and engineering teams to improve annotation workflows, data quality, and overall system performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
