Key Responsibilities Lead BIM implementation across projects, ensuring compliance with established BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and data exchange within BIM environments. Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit MEP and other BIM tools, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent. Oversee multi-disciplinary coordination including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems integration. Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve design conflicts to reduce rework and construction risks. Generate construction drawings, general arrangement drawings, and documentation directly from BIM models across all design stages (concept, schematic, detailed, and GFC).
