• Certification Tracking – Manage the roadmap for employee certifications with Microsoft, IBM, and VMWare to maintain Visiontech partner statuses.
• Skill Gap Analysis – Identify training needs in emerging fields such as AI and GRC.
• Governance, Risk and Compliance – Vendor relations; coordinate with technology partners for exclusive training sessions and workshops.

• Experience in a training‑heavy IT environment and familiarity with technical certification paths.
• Languages: English, Hindi, and spoken Arabic (added advantage). Multilingual.
