L&D Programs & Compliance Executive

KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD is looking for a Training Shared Service Executive to administer and manage training processes. The role involves coordination with HR Business Partners and external training bodies to maintain accurate training records and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Applicants should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management with 2–3 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
