- Lead L3 support activities for the Retail Network, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with MNCS to address L2 activities and provide assistance with partial L3 support.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to the development of network infrastructure plans.
- Assist with transitions, migrations, and upgrades as required, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Act as a point of contact for incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution for network-related issues.
