The Role
领导销售增长,管理客户和制定渠道策略Lead sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and developing effective channel strategies.
Your Responsibilities
根据公司业务目标,制定宠物处方粮全国销售策略及年度销售计划;Develop national sales strategies and annual sales plans for veterinary diets in line with company business target.
负责处方粮,营养补充剂销售目标分解、执行及达成,确保销售收入、销量及利润目标完成;Drive veterinary diet and supplement sales target achievement by managing sales execution and ensuring revenue, volume, and profit goals are met.
辅助KA客户建立并持续优化宠物医院渠道销售体系,推动业务持续增长;Support KA customers in establishing and continuously optimizing pet hospital sales channels to drive sustainable business growth.
辅助客户制定销售方案并监督和辅助销售方案的落地执行Assist customers in developing sales plans and ensure effective implementation and execution.
