Junior Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Technical Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support across multiple technical initiatives for a large maritime client. This individual will partner closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects stay organized, on track, and well-documented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, task lists, timelines, and tracking documents using standard project management tools
• Track action items, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent technical projects
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of clear meeting notes and action items
• Support documentation efforts by drafting, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, technical requirements, and standard operating procedures
