Overview
Defines and develops information system specifications utilizing context diagrams, data flow diagrams, prototyping, flowcharts, presentations, and layouts to provide solutions to moderate to complex business problems. Gathers data and interviews users to understand the overview of the manual system and determine automation requirements. Investigates business processes to determine how data and communications flow through individual tasks and transactions and identifies possible errors in the manual system.
