Phase 1 – Application foundations

During the initial phase, you will focus on building a strong understanding of the customer, product and application environment:

• Support the preparation of technical proposals by analyzing customer drawings, materials, tolerances and machining requirements.
• Work closely with senior engineers to understand real machining applications and production constraints.
• Participate in customer visits and technical discussions to gain first-hand exposure to industrial use cases.
