Qualifications Criterion: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of Three years of experience is a MUST. The candidate should have experience in the following areas: Preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections and details. Knowledge of Planning regulations of NMMC/UDCPR. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup. Understanding of Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscape drawings, Project specifications, etc. Coordination with assigned consultants for the project and ensuring delivery of working drawings at site on time. Liaison with civic bodies/related Consultants for timely approvals of the Project essentials whenever necessary. Designing as per the relevant regulations. Client Presentation Skills.
