Detail:Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve agreed monthly and annual commercial premium sales targets.
Maintain a closing rate of at least 25% on new business quoted per month.
Monitor new business loss ratios to ensure they remain below 60%.
Identify and sign up a minimum of 5 new select brokers per year.
Identify and unlock new business opportunities within the existing broker base.
Broker & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between the organisation and its broker network.
Maintain and develop positive, professional relationships with brokers, internal staff, and management.
Communicate product and process updates to brokers to ensure they are well-informed and confident in their dealings with the organisation.
