We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Officer to support the in-house legal team in handling real estate transactions, contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound knowledge of UAE real estate laws, and the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities, clients, and external counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting real estate contracts, MoUs, lease agreements, and Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
• Coordinate with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other relevant authorities for registrations, approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update legal files, contract trackers, and document management systems.
• Conduct basic legal research and provide administrative support to the legal team.
