JOB DETAILS
The Early Child Development and Parenting Specialist will strengthen ICDS
centers, equip ECD centers with ECCE materials, liaise with authorities, develop a model
ECD center, design programs based on data, implement parenting curriculum, and provide
training. Ideal candidates have a background in early childhood education and community
development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Connect with the ICDS centres in the targeted village areas and strengthened them
through programming and intra support.
Equipped the ECD centres with ECCE materials promoting early childhood
education.
Liaison and lobby with the ICDS and district collectorate, government authority in
meeting the contextual needs of every ICDS centres that caters to our communities.
Develop a model ECD centre which could be replaceable model that we would
promote to ICDS.
