Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Tech Lead with previous experience in the role and at least 5 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot environments to participate in a product.

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Java 8 or higher and Spring Boot.
Experience in monolithic architectures, preferably in demanding and high‑complexity projects. Experience in microservices architectures will be positively valued.
Willingness to participate in a currently monolithic project that will progressively evolve towards more decoupled architectures.
Experience in high‑load projects with strong requirements in optimization, performance, and latency. Experience in real‑time systems and concurrency will be especially valued.
