As an experienced Java Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Java development team to ensure the successful design, development, and maintenance of Java-based software solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in Java programming, as well as excellent leadership and strategic skills.


Job Description:

  • Experience in Design, Development, and Delivery of large-scale Web Applications.

  • Should be competent in code optimization techniques, coding practices and Static code analysis tools.

  • Should be competent in understanding complex business requirements.

  • Demonstrates the ability to solve problems and create solutions independently.

  • Addresses the problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
