Java Software Developer (Full Time)

Developer specialized in migrating Java/J2EE applications to the cloud. You will take ownership for modernizing Java/J2EE applications and migrating them to AWS by re-architecting them to leverage cloud-native features and improve scalability, performance, and agility, while minimizing disruption to existing functionality.

Lead Cloud Architecture & Migration: Take ownership of architecture refinement and improvement of an enterprise cloud migration project. Design a migration plan, considering options like “replatforming” (adjusting to cloud services with minimal code changes) or “refactoring” (major code restructuring to fully leverage cloud-native features).

Architectural Design & Development: Lead a team of developers to architect and design and as required develop pieces of architectural runway & reference architecture that legacy JAVA / J2EE teams could use to migrate their applications to cloud.
