ITSM Platform Specialist

ByteCrew is seeking an ITSM Administrator in Lahore, Pakistan. The successful candidate will operate and customize the ITSM platform, with responsibilities including administration of ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or Jira. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT and at least 4 years of experience in ITSM roles. Strong ITIL v4 knowledge and scripting skills are critical. The role also involves maintaining the CMDB and building self-service portals. Familiarity with Arabic is a plus.
