Job Description
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for employees/customers.
Perform system updates, backups, and security checks.
Assist with setting up and managing user accounts and access permissions.
Maintain IT documentation and support logs.
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and basic networking.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with IT security and data backup procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- IT-related degree or certification is a plus.
