IT Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Make environmental preservation and safety a priority.
• For the installation, modifications, upgrades, and operational maintenance of vessels, create and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with the applications, team lead, and IT support team to build system configurations based on requirements, guaranteeing the technical coherence of the IT solutions from beginning to end.
• Oversee the migration or upgrade of current systems or applications, and successfully manage the implementation and operational support of projects to ensure that SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Examine the system's design, testing, root cause analysis, and solution analysis; provide recommendations as needed.
• Diagnose issues, put preventative and remedial measures into place, and instruct the IT support staff on multi-tiered application designs utilizing a range of technologies.
