About the Company: 

Our client is a leading global financial advisory firm offering strategic guidance across mergers and acquisitions, financing, and restructuring. The firm also provides wealth and asset management services and invests through its private capital arm.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily IT user support operations for the office

  • Serve as technical escalation point for the on-site MSP team

  • Drive continuous improvement in user experience, ticket resolution, and communication with business stakeholders

  • Liaise and collaborate with the global IT team on desktop modernization, Intune rollout, and other projects

  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities

    • Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 10-15 years of IT experience
