IT Support Engineer

JOB DESCRITION:

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Microsoft O365 services, including user account management, mailbox administration, and SharePoint site creation.
• Assist in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) management , including user provisioning, access control, group policy updates, and directory maintenance (preferably certified).
• Support and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Webex and meeting room equipment to ensure seamless conferencing experience.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for end-user issues related to collaboration platforms and IT systems.
• Support compliance recording systems (e.g., NICE) where applicable.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and user support.
