Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Must have minimum 2-4 years of experience in Onsite/Desktop Support, Networking and IT hardware support.
- Must have experience in Data Center environments – racks, structured cabling and server components.
- Must have experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and End Point management tools.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools – ServiceNow.
- Good to have experience as remote hands support in data center.
- Good to have experience supporting office relocation/infrastructure refresh projects.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
