IT Sr Programmer Analyst

**Job Purpose**

+ Perform software development tasks which might include:
+ Administrative paperwork
+ Software evaluation and support tasks
+ Application troubleshooting and correction
+ Simple application design and coding
+ Other duties as defined by the manager

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Administrative paperwork as assigned
+ Assist in evaluation and recommendation of software
+ Analyze business process issues that may be improved or automated through a software system solution
+ Design and code the software solutions to these business issues
+ Support purchased applications as required
+ Act as team leader and project manager as projects require

**Experience and Educational Qualifications**

+ HS Diploma and BS degree preferred
+ 5 years Experience in an Applications Development Environment
