Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hotels computer networks including wired and wireless networks ensuring optimal performance security and reliability.
- Provide technical support for all hardware and software used within the hotel including computers printers POS systems property management systems (PMS) point of sale systems and other specialized hotel applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by hotel staff or guests in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the hotels IT infrastructure from cyber threats including malware viruses and unauthorized access.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or data breaches.
