Helium Technology, a company within the Marposs Group, operates in the field of industrial automation related to non‑destructive testing. The company is experiencing continuous growth and stands out for its innovation, quality, and strong customer focus. Helium Technology is looking for an Information Technology Specialist with prior experience.

The selected candidate will be coordinated by the IT Department of Marposs Headquarters and will work full time providing user support (Service Desk) and, on an occasional basis, infrastructure support (IT Operations) at the Milan offices and surrounding areas.

Service Desk activities include the procurement, setup, distribution, and support of all standard corporate IT tools, both hardware and software (e.g. PC fleet, phones and printers, Office applications, email, utilities, etc.).
