IT & Retail Systems Support Specialist

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on IT Support Executive to manage IT support operations within a fast-paced retail and F&B environment in Singapore. The role involves troubleshooting, supporting POS and inventory systems, and assisting with e-commerce platforms.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of IT Support experience, preferably with ITE or Diploma qualifications, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to support marketing efforts.
