Responsibilities:
- End to End IT recruitment cycle
- Create Database
- Shortlist Candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Verify candidate profile
- Prepare client CV
- Coordinate with candidate for arranging interviews
- Salary negotiations
- Final closure of positions
- Weekly report generation and submission to Clients
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma
- Min 2 year(s) of working experience as a recruiter in the recruitment industry
- Excellent communications, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member.
- Candidate should be a self-starter, a positive thinker, flexible, and result-oriented.
