- Oversee team budgets during closing periods, yearly budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
- Accurately manage and allocate team resources to meet operational needs.
- Evaluate and handle internal processes for proposals before sharing them with customers.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer or operational handovers between project and operation teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with business partners and vendors as required.
- Build and maintain customer relationships as needed.
- Lead the team in estimating maintenance and operation support costs.
- Escalate and report major project issues to management promptly.
