Responsibilities:
Must-haves:
- Operating with autonomy and taking initiative (lean in and go and do).
- Navigating challenges and lack of process independently with minimal supervision.
- Managing projects from cradle to grave, including involvement with various departments like quality, training, staffing, and talent acquisition.
- Reporting project status appropriately and providing details on any delays or issues.
- Managing client and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Must-haves:
- Five-plus years of project management experience.
- True EPMO experience, understanding projects from inception through business implementation.
- Ability to work effectively in a chaotic environment with a lack of established processes.
- Financial project management experience with a budget of around $1 million to $1.5 million (preferred).<...
