Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and client teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, tasks, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Conduct regular project meetings, status calls, and follow-ups to drive clear outcomes.
• Track project progress and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with development, QA, business analysts, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Understand and support SDLC processes, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and escalate them appropriately.
