JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of the Managing Fellow of UX, this position supports Enterprise Information Technology to coordinate various technology and UX related projects. Orchestrates the administrative and tracking activities for the project lifecycle (initiate, design, usability test, sign off, develop, QA test, release, hypercare ), assembles reports, drafts follow up activites, meeting notes, and communicates timely updates. Must be familiar with the full life cycle of web and app based experience design and development to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
