PRIMARY PURPOSE: To work in a fast-paced information technology environment migrating and supporting Client Managed File Transfer (MFT) processes moving from a Messageway system to an IBM Sterling system with the PCM user interface. This includes managing assigned workload, leading conversations with clients to establish migration changes needed by the client and system and coordinating/executing scheduled process migrations with clients and colleagues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as part of a MFT migration team reporting to migrate MFT processes from a Messageway System to a Sterling System with a PCM user Interface.
Managed assigned workloads for process migrations, update centralized tracking tools to provide daily status of each assigned migration. High ability to multitask with various assignments is critical.
