IT Manager

The IT Manager plays a critical role in delivering, supporting, and optimizing technology systems. This position oversees business applications, service desk, internal development initiatives, while managing a cross-functional technical team. Will also serves as the project execution lead for major IT/OT and digital transformation projects and collaborates closely with business units, including the Director of Information Technology.



Responsibilities

• Lead execution of technology projects aligned with strategic initiatives set by the CTO.


• Serve as a point of contact for technology requests & escalations across departments.


• Oversee planning, delivery, and tracking of cross-functional IT and IT/OT projects.


• Maintain project schedules, mitigate risks, and coordinate across internal stakeholders.
