Job Description

IT Operations Manager required. Our client is a small UK based IT organisation who pride themselves on providing a professional IT support service across Susses. 

They are now looking for an experienced IT operations manager to join their team based in Newhaven. 50% office based, 50% on-site.

Position Overview

  • Managing workloads

  • Making sure SLA’s are adhered too 

  • Help with training new staff

  • Liaising with the accounts and HR Director with any issues

  • Provisioning and ordering of services both hardware, cloud and software

  • Helping out with the Helpdesk 

  • Identify emerging issues and is a knowledge expert

  • Ensure that the infrastructure is available within service level agreements 

  • To maintain close working relationships with users, 3rd parties, vendors and stakeholders.
