IT Manager – Infrastructure, Applications & Cybersecurity

This role will be responsible for Microsoft 365 administration, users, licenses, and access control; end‑user support, devices connectivity, and day‑to‑day IT operations; cybersecurity, backups, incident response, and business continuity; IT documentation, asset control, and systems governance; coordination of external IT vendors and support providers; and supporting business applications used across operations and managed communities.

• 1–5 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 and systems administration background
• Hands‑on knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user support
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Real estate / facilities / hospitality / multi‑site experience preferred
