IT Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver Commerce First Inc.'s IT products and services that meet the client’s business needs.
• Achieve annual sales targets by building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying growth opportunities, and providing exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services.
• Drive long-term customer retention and contributing to the company’s overall success and revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, or any related course
• 1 to 2 years of experience in business development/ customer service/ account management
• Any experience in IT Selling is an advantage (IT Product, Solution, Services)
