IT Infrastructure Team Lead

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing and leading IT team at country or regional level
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, data communications, End-user computing and local business applications related to Finance, HR etc.
• 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing large IT Infrastructure rollout projects.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, network and operating systems administration, databases and data storage systems, telecommunication systems and datacenter services.
• Good knowledge in IT security, compliance, standard and operation of IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
• Solid hands-on experience in Windows (10) and O365 troubleshooting
• Experience in Thin Client / Citrix environment is an added advantage
• Prior work experience in Logistics industry will be an added advantage
