Vacancy Description
- Provide general helpdesk support and installation support for hardware , software, mobile device, computer.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including account set -up.
- Walk through with users to resolve their technical issues.
- Manage ticketing system
- Manage and update in IT asset records
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Assist in ad-hoc IT related projects.
Requirement:
- Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software , hardware and applications.
- Good understanding of mobile devices and other tech products.
- Knowledge on both MS Windows and Mac OS X environments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills . Ability to translate end-users requirements. Ability to clear communicate, interpret, explain technical concept, to technical and non- technical users at various levels.
