Responsibilities
To architect, design, direct and lead the delivery of the transformation of IT Workplace systems and services (including physical and virtual Desktop, Mobile/BYOD, Collaboration, Messaging and Local Print) globally
To develop and lead the global Workplace infrastructure strategy
To deliver the technology change defined by the strategy
To define and implement the global sourcing and target operating models for IT Workplace capabilities
To manage the operational delivery of global messaging and collaboration services (including changes and improvements) to agreed service targets.
