What You Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional team spanning DevOps, QA, and incident management, while defining the engineering vision, standards, and roadmaps for automation, reliability, and quality.
• Partner with product, architecture, security, and operations leaders to align technology with business strategy, and define and evolve DevOps practices, tooling, and governance across the organization.
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and “security by design,” ensuring a consistent, enterprise‑wide DevOps framework with metrics‑driven improvement.
• Establish and govern QA strategies, including test automation, performance testing, and quality gates, embedding testing practices into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation and release quality.
