IT Customer Support

We’re looking for a IT Support Customer Representative to assist customers with IT‑related issues.

• Provide basic troubleshooting for PCs, apps, and smart devices
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats
• Work rotating shifts (8:30 AM–8:30 PM or 1:00 PM–1:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays
• Location: Kaki Bukit

• Basic IT skills and customer service experience
• Able to speak Mandarin and communicate with Chinese customers
