IT Asset Governance Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Asset Manager to join the Technology & Operations team. The role focuses on defining and enforcing IT asset governance, managing the full asset lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with licensing and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain IT asset governance policies, standards, and controls.
• Establish accountability for IT asset ownership, usage, and lifecycle decisions.
• Align IT asset governance with organizational IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
• Govern the entire IT asset lifecycle including requisition, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, renewal, and decommissioning.
• Ensure standardized processes for onboarding and offboarding IT hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Monitor asset utilization to prevent waste, redundancy, and shadow IT.
