Job Title: IT and Analytics Analyst Department: IT Location - Lebanon Position Overview The IT & Analytics Analyst is a hybrid role that will work closely with senior IT staff to support both reporting/analytics (60%) and IT help desk functions (40%). The role is designed for a junior professional with some prior IT or analytics experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication. Core Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics (60%) Responsible for maintenance and ongoing improvement to reports and dashboards in ZOHO Analytics. Write and optimize custom queries and calculated fields. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple systems. Investigate results to understand causes. Support business stakeholders with insights and ad-hoc reporting. Audit data for quality and cleanliness.
